How do I make an appointment?

Online booking is available 24/7 for your convenience. First time clients must schedule an appointment through Brows by Sam's online booking system. After initial appointment, clients are welcome to pre-book future appointments in person or online.

Why do you require a card to be on file to book an appointment?

A card on file is required to hold all appointments to prevent any last minute cancellations or no call, no shows. No exceptions. The card will not be charged upon booking and will only be charged in the event of a violation of Brows by Sam's policies. The card on file can be used to speed up check out after receiving services, but does not have to be used if client prefers to use a different method of payment.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, Venmo, and all major credit cards are accepted.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

Brows by Sam's services are by appointment only. All appointments must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Same day appointments are not available and walk-in appointments are not accepted at this time. In the event of a last minute cancellation or opening in my schedule, I will post on my social media and you may claim through direct message.

How do I reschedule an appointment?

Things come up, I totally get it! Because my time is reserved especially for you, I ask that all rescheduling or cancellations must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Clients are able to make any changes to their upcoming appointments by clicking the link that is sent after booking through email or text. If a last minute cancellation is absolutely necessary, please contact Brows by Sam directly through text, direct message on social media, or email. Any cancellations made 24 hours or less before appointments will be charged for 100% of the service(s) booked. 

What is the best way to contact you?

Please contact through text, direct message, or email only. No calls. Brows by Sam is an independently owned and operated esthetics salon. To ensure the best possible quality experience for guests, calls are not accepted throughout the day.

I have sensitive skin/allergies. Are your services allergen friendly?

Yes! All treatments are 100% customized to each individual guests. Please advise your esthetician of any allergies or concerns you may have before beginning a treatment. Most products used in Brow by Sam's treatments are great for sensitive skin and many are allergen free. All linens are washed in free and clear detergents to avoid any skin irritation.
